Welcome to Deerfield Farm, a waterfront estate on 56 secluded acres in Berlin, MD, at the gateway to the upscale South Point neighborhood. We enjoy western exposure and are known for panoramic views of the coastal wetlands, soft breezes, and stunning sunsets.
We sit on Holland Creek and are only minutes from the famous beaches of Assateague Island National Seashore Park, Historic Downtown Berlin, championship golf courses, and the beaches.
With ten bedrooms and eight bathrooms, the estate comfortably sleeps up to 24 people and is accessed through a paved driveway that passes a stocked freshwater pond, abundant farmland, and a canopy of mature trees. The traditional home features a large landscaped yard with multiple patios, a pergola, a fire pit, decks, and covered porches that offer expansive views over coastal wetlands, Holland Creek, and the greens and fairways of Ocean City Golf Course.
Holland Creek provides plenty of opportunities for watersports, and we provide canoes, kayaks, SUPs, and pedal boats for guests to use during their stay. Guests can enjoy fishing and crabbing from the dock and pier.
